Features

Everything the club runs on, in one place.

Twenty modules that already talk to each other. Sell a membership and the invoice, the access rules, the renewal reminder and the report all follow on their own.

Members

Records, photos, documents, emergency contacts and health declarations. Body measurements tracked over time. Bulk import from a spreadsheet.

Memberships

Any duration and price. Renewals start the day after the current plan ends, so paid days are never lost. Freezing extends access, not the contract date.

Invoicing

Raised automatically, numbered to your own prefix, branded with your logo and carrying a QR verification code.

Payments

Cash, card, bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, cheque. Part payments handled properly. Refunds need a reason and a password.

Check-in

Card, barcode or code. Four checks before entry. Everyone turned away is logged with the reason — your renewal call list, written for you.

Classes

Recurring timetable, week and month calendar, bookings and waiting lists that promote themselves when someone cancels.

Personal training

Packages with sessions, validity and commission. A session is used when the trainer logs it as delivered — never when it is booked.

Programmes

Workout and diet plans built from your own exercise library, assigned to a member and printed with a blank column for weights used.

Leads

Every enquiry with an owner, a status and a follow-up date. A capture form you embed on your own website, in your own colours.

Point of sale

Sell supplements and kit at the counter with thermal receipts. Stock is the sum of movements, so it cannot drift.

Operations

Expenses and profit by month, an equipment register with service dates, and numbered lockers that bill themselves.

Reports

Revenue, dues ageing, attendance, peak hours, retention cohorts and who is about to leave while you can still call them.

The rules underneath

Four decisions that shape every screen.

Software is mostly made of small decisions nobody writes down. These are the ones worth knowing before you buy.

1

Financial figures are derived, never typed

There is no field anywhere to edit what a member owes. It is always the sum of the payments recorded against the invoice. A number you can type over is a number nobody can trust.

2

The counter is never blocked

A discount above your threshold completes the sale and queues for a manager. Making a member stand at the desk while staff hunt for someone is worse than reviewing the discount an hour later.

3

Nothing is deleted quietly

A reversed discount appears as a new visible line, not an edited old one. Otherwise a member holds a printed invoice that no longer matches your system.

4

People see only their own work

Six roles, each gated screen by screen. A receptionist does not see payroll; a trainer sees their own clients. Staff turnover is high in this industry, and that is a permissions problem before it is anything else.

Coming next

The member app

Members book classes, check in with their phone, and see what they have left — sessions, sauna visits, days remaining. Included with Growth and above when it ships.

We are not putting a date on it. A date we miss costs more trust than a date we never gave.

Thirty minutes, and you will know.

We set the demo up with your own plan names and prices, so you are looking at your club rather than ours.
