The situation today
Names in a book. Nobody can say who is due to renew this week without reading the whole thing.
Payments, reminders and complaints in one thread, lost by Friday.
The owner knows everything. When they travel, the club slows down.
None of that is carelessness. It is what happens when the tools do not fit the business.
What changes
The system watches who has stopped turning up and tells you while you can still ring them. Most members do not cancel — they drift, and you find out when the money stops.
Every unpaid invoice in one list, oldest first. No screen in the system can edit a balance — it is always the sum of what was actually paid.
Reception can sell, renew, take payment and let people in. Large discounts still need your nod — but the member never waits at the counter for it.
Inside the software
Sell a membership and the invoice, the access rules, the renewal reminder and the report all follow on their own. Nothing is entered twice.
Scan a card, tap a name or type a code. Four checks run before anyone is let in — membership, freeze, access hours and dues.

A timetable that generates itself, waiting lists that promote themselves, and PT sessions that only count when they are delivered.

No conversion, no foreign card fees, no explaining the total to a member.
Renewal and dues reminders on the channel your members actually read.
Phone numbers, dates and addresses as they are written here.
Your hours, in your language, by people who have stood at a gym counter.
An owner should be able to leave for a month and still trust the numbers.

Questions
Palestra is PKR 6,000 per month for Starter, PKR 14,000 for Growth and PKR 26,000 for Pro. Larger groups are quoted individually. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with all features enabled, and there is no setup fee.
Yes. Starter covers up to 100 members and includes member records, invoicing, payments, check-in, membership cards and point of sale — a single studio can run entirely on it. It is not a stripped demo.
Yes, from a CSV or spreadsheet. We do the import for you as part of setting up, so bring whatever you have — a register, an Excel file, or a WhatsApp group export.
An ordinary USB RFID card reader or barcode scanner, both of which behave as keyboards and need no driver. Membership cards print with a QR code, so a 2D scanner covers both. Nothing else is required.
On Growth and above, yes — renewal, expiry and dues reminders go out on a schedule you set. On Starter you can send messages by hand from a member's profile.
A club is usually running properly within a week. We set up your branches, plans, staff and branding with you on day one; your members go in on day two; your team learns it in about an hour.
Thirty minutes, at your club or over a call. We set it up with your own plan names and prices, so you are looking at your club rather than ours.
