About
Software for fitness businesses, written where they are.
Palestra is built in Pakistan, for clubs in Pakistan. Not a foreign product with a currency dropdown bolted on.
Why we built it
Most clubs here run on a register, a WhatsApp group and somebody's memory. That works — until it does not, usually somewhere around 150 members. Nobody can say who is due to renew this week. Payments and complaints share one thread. When the owner travels, the club slows down.
The software that exists is either built for a market with different payment habits and different paperwork, or it is a spreadsheet with a login screen. Neither fits.
An owner should be able to leave for a month and still trust the numbers.
The rule every screen was built againstWhat we believe about software
A number you can type over is a number nobody trusts
Balances, stock levels and session counts are calculated from what happened, never stored and edited. It is slower to build and it is the only version worth having.
The person at the counter should never be stuck
Every decision that needs a manager queues for one instead of blocking the sale. A member standing at the desk while staff look for someone is a worse outcome than a discount reviewed an hour late.
Local is a design decision, not a translation
Rupees, WhatsApp, CNIC formats and cash-heavy payment habits are not settings we added. They are the assumptions the software was written under.
Where we are
Pakistan. Support runs on your hours, in your language, by people who have stood behind a counter at seven in the evening.
Come and see it.
Thirty minutes at your club, or over a call. We will use your own plan names and prices.
